THE WAY FORWARD PLAN
BLUFF VIEW MISSION & VISION
OUR PATH FORWARD
Mission Statement
A place where faith is raw, people are real, and relationships matter.
Vision Casting Statement
At Bluff View, we refuse to put up barriers to advancing God’s Kingdom work. Our job isn’t to decide the limits of what God wants to do—it’s to pave the path for Him to move. We are committed to removing every obstacle so more people can encounter Jesus. God’s work, our obedience.
Call to Action
This is a season to step forward in faith. Together, we will pray, prepare, and remove barriers so that Bluff View can continue to be a place where lives are changed, families are restored, and our community encounters the hope of Jesus.
Word of Wisdom for Bluff View: 8-2025
“Yes, I am going to move—yes, in Bluff View Church profoundly. You must be ready in the physical body as well as the spirit. Seek Me, seek Me for your direction personally, it is imperative, especially for the leaders. I am all power and I am all direction. In one year, things will begin to explode and expand.”
We receive this word with humility and obedience. Our role is not to hesitate, but to be prepared—spiritually, physically, and organizationally—for the move of God.
Bluff View Church is just eleven miles from that geographic center of Wisconsin. Dutch Sheets prophesied, “Choose to take God outside the walls of the church and break the religious spirit. Out of your womb will flow rivers of living water. A wave of the miraculous is coming to Wisconsin, beginning in the center of the state and moving outward” Wisconsin’s state motto is Forward—and that’s exactly what we’re going to do.
Strategic Vision for Growth
We’re not called to manage outcomes; we’re called to prepare the way. Through prayerful, faith-filled decisions, we remove barriers that stand in the way of God’s Kingdom advancing—whether they’re physical challenges like seating, parking, and kids’ space, or spiritual ones like fear and small thinking.
Leadership Commitment
- We will not allow fear or hesitation to paralyze us
- We will expand staff, ministries, and facilities as needed to pave the path for growth
- We will steward resources wisely, but we will not artificially limit what God is doing
Future Vision
The future of Bluff View will not look like what we first imagined. The Lord has uniquely commissioned Bluff View with an unusual concentration of equipped, talented, seasoned people—and now we see why.
Expansion is not primarily about planting traditional churches in neighboring towns but about exploding outward from Arpin through a network of ministries, groups, and micro-churches rooted in this campus and community. We’ve already planted Celebrate Recovery, and we are planting life groups that function as little churches in homes, workplaces, and even the jail—branches of Bluff View that carry freedom, recovery, and hope.
The land surrounding our campus is part of this call: to create spaces that minister to the poor, heal the broken, and set captives free. Each group will carry its own fellowship and calling, while Sundays remain the time when the whole family comes together to celebrate, worship, and grow God’s Kingdom as one.
